I had a contact from my friend "Hiromi Kaji"Judo Instructor this week.
She was national top competitor in Judo.
And she became Judo coach of Macau and Hong Kong Judo team after she retired as an active player.
Kaji Sensei used to come to Hong Kong Jiu-Jitsu to train Jiu-Jitsu with us when she was staying in HK.
After left HK ,she had been Judo coach at Judo club in Croatia for about 2 years until last month.
Now she is traveling in Euro, and sometimes joined to a judo training camp.
She is also planning to leave for USA from Sep.
By the way, recently she has been looking for any organizer or federation or gym that want to hire her as a Judo instructor.
She does not matter any offer from anywhere countries and regions.

最近、久しぶりに鍛冶さんから連絡を頂きました。
鍛冶さんは、現役時代は、国内TOPレベルの柔道家として活躍され、
引退後は、マカオや香港で代表チームの柔道コーチをされておりました。
香港在住時には、香港柔術に頻繁に、練習にも訪れて下さり、うちの会員さん達にもなじみの深い先生です。
香港を離れた後は、先月までクロアチアのクラブチームで、約2年程、指導されていましたが、
現在、久しぶりのオフを利用して、フランスやイタリアなど、ヨーロッパでおこなわれている合宿を転々としているそうです。
さらに、9月には、渡米を考えてるとのことでした。
そんな鍛冶さんは、現在就職活動中らしく、柔道指導者として招きたいという方は、
ぜひ教えて下さい。

現役時代から、寝技を得意にしていた鍛冶さんの抑え込み技術は、素晴らしいです。
何故か現役時代は、ー52kg級の選手だったのですが、引退後は、体重が４0ｋｇ台後半になってしまっている鍛冶さんが、一度抑え込みに入ったら、茶帯、黒帯級の男性選手でも逃げるのは、
困難です。
